From the Officers of the Phil-Am Association.

We have been an Association for so many years dating all the way back to the 1960's, and the days of the Knightengales as we were originally named.Through those years we have had thousands of faces come and go, and enjoyed what has grown to become a very diversified community. We have had countless gatherings, parties, and community events. But as the years pass it has become increasingly more expensive to organize, and reserve venues for our gatherings. We have reached a critical point in our history. In order for us to continue providing the events that have become so increasingly popular, we need to come together as one. By helping to promote,support, and participate in these events , you will be able to help keep them going, and to keep our organization active. We are asking everyone who participates, and attends these events to become, and remain active, and that you support the organization through Annual Dues, and membership. Without your support, and membership,we will not be able to continue our events, and organizational gatherings. We will be forced to discontinue all our events, or be forced to offer them only to the members who support them. So we are asking...please become a member today, or renew your membership so that we can continue to offer these events that have become so important to all, and so that the people in our organization, and through out the community continue to enjoy our heritage, and the beautiful customs, and friendships that have blossomed through the years. Please attend our events, and ask your officers how you can become a member, or renew your membership so that we can continue to provide you and your families with fun, and enjoyable activities here in Rochester, and Southern Minnesota.

Our next Large Event will be our Summer Picnic.

 Though Essex park is a not a Pay Venue, it still costs us a great deal for the Lechon,and to reserve such a wonderful place to hold this event.
